To continue providing safe, personalized hormone care, ongoing hormone management through our office is offered through a monthly membership model. This option is designed for patients who are not enrolled in our full Concierge Membership but would like to continue receiving hormone therapy management, prescription oversight, and ongoing monitoring through our practice.

Prescription Hormone Management Membership

$125/month

For patients whose hormone therapy is managed by our office and whose prescriptions are filled through an outside pharmacy or provider.

Includes:

  • Ongoing hormone therapy management

  • Prescription management through our office

  • Follow-up care and treatment monitoring

  • Review of hormone-related labs

Does not include:

  • Cost of hormones or medications

  • Consultations

  • Additional lab work

  • In-office procedures

Pellet Hormone Management Membership

$75/month + pellet cost

For patients receiving pellet therapy through our office.

​

Includes:

  • Ongoing hormone therapy management

  • Follow-up care and treatment monitoring

  • Review of hormone-related labs

Does not include:

  • Pellet costs

  • Pellet insertion procedures

  • Consultations

  • Additional lab work
